On 28.02.2023, the ZTG – Centre for Technology and Society conducted a focus group discussion to deepen the results of the representative consumer:inside survey of June 2022. The digital panel discussion was about:
- the previous experience of buying food with products labelled as biodiversity-friendly
- the evaluation of current examples in biodiversity conservation communication
- the importance of biodiversity protection for different product/goods groups
- the need for information on measures taken by food producers
The explorative study serves as a basis for another planned representative survey on the willingness to pay for biodiversity-friendly food.
