Verena Timmer – BioVal

Verena Timmer, ZNU

Verena Timmer has been working as a research assistant at the Centre for Sustainable Leadership (ZNU) at Witten/Herdecke University since 2013 (with interruptions due to parental leave). She has been supporting the BioVal research project since November 2022, having already gained experience at the ZNU in working groups, scientific publications and exchanges with the business network. At the University of Witten/Herdecke, she is doing her doctorate on the topic of organisational change management at the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Endowed Chair for Controlling and Corporate Management. In doing so, she examines how companies can change their routines, e.g. through algorithms. She also researches how companies can integrate sustainability and digitalisation.
