Maike Dilly, ZNU

Maike Dilly has been working at the ZNU since April 2021. She initially worked as a student assistant on the study “Sustainability in the FMCG industry 2021”. Since June 2022, she has been the project manager responsible for coordinating the technical and administrative processes relating to the ZNU Standard for Sustainable Management. In her Master’s degree in Sustainable Service and Food Management at Münster University of Applied Sciences, she dealt with sustainability management, sustainable consumption and the sustainability assessment of value chains, among other things, and gained practical experience with CSR management in companies. In her master’s thesis, she investigated the potential and challenges of digitalization for social sustainability in companies in the German food industry.
